The UCLA Emergency PPE Supply Store operates in collaboration with the Campus Procurement Office, Facilities Management (FM), and UCLA Mail, Document & Distribution Services. Due to COVID-19-related supply shortages being experienced globally, EH&S is working to ensure that PPE supply chains are sufficient for the ramp-up of campus operations. Store staff procure personal protective equipment in bulk from suppliers as it is made available to the Campus Procurement Office, managing inventory, and making items available for purchase by all departments on campus.

How to request items:

  • Go to our booking link: Book an Appointment
  • Select your service and complete the information.
  • Select the next available appointment date, we will email you as soon as it is ready for pick up (this can be before you appointment date).

    We can use MDDS to have your items delivered (check with MDDS for cost).
    • Campus mail: enter your recharge ID and mail code in the notes section
    • Areas service by CHS A-level receiving provide recharge ID, building and room in notes section
  • Free Service Bulk Medical Grade Masks for UCLA Staff and Faculty
  • Free medical grade masks are provided to staff and faculty by departments and divisions. Departments or divisions can submit their request for a bulk order by booking appointment. We are not processing individual request at this time.

    Fill out the required fields and book your appointment. If you are not able to book you appointment with a week please select the next available, we will process orders and email you as soon as it is ready for pick up. Our current turn around time is 2- 3 business days.

  • Free Service Department requested N95- for Staff and Faculty 
  • Please have your department place a bulk order. Departments or divisions can submit their request for a bulk order by booking appointment.
    We are not processing individual request at this time.

    Provide the estimated number of mask you would like and we will fill the order with what is available. Please note these are still being allocated and prioritized to our healthcare workers.

    Departments must have any employee using an N95 complete the N95 Respirator for Voluntary Use Training in WORKSAFE.

  • How to Order Items for Purchase:
  • Have your (Fund Manager) submit your order using an ROR (Recharge Order Request) through the financial systems online site. 

    Your department fund manager should be familiar with this process. Access to the ROR system is granted by your departments Departmental Security Administrator (DSA).

    Department of Chemistry:

    For the department of Chemistry you can submit your request through your procurement portal at Chemistry Department Ordering Site

    The ROR is automatically sent to us for review. If approved it will be send back to you for FAU allocation or email for adjustments. We will prepare your order and email you delivery or pick up information.

    The easiest way to reach us is through the A-level loading dock off of 650 Charles E Young Drive. South. You can ask the central receiving staff for Alyssa and they will direct you our office. We are between Westwood and Tiverton.

    If this location is inconvenient for you to reach, we are happy to send your item(s) through campus mail. We will need the following information:
